Before I went to the gym I had another 60 cal. Of the peaches and blueberries which total was 240 calories. Went to the gym and burned 346. Then had a veggie burger (170 calories) So in total 64 calories today. Not to bad. I hope I can keep it up.

progress blog starts here, 2 weeks ago i started my weight loss progress. my start weight was 121, its week two of course, and im 116. my goal weight is to be under 110. it would seem easy, but ive really been working my ass off. exersizing over an hour everyday, not going over 500 calories. i even burn more calories then i eat. & honestly i dont give a shit if its not the healthy way....
